By purchasing a wash, gift card, or membership from Wild Wave Car Wash, you agree to these terms.
Single washes are non-transferable QR codes valid for 90 days from purchase at our San Diego location.
Wild Wave reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle with prior damage, oversized accessories, aftermarket parts that may interfere with the wash, or modifications that fall outside our equipment's safe operating parameters.
Unused single washes are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@wildwavewash.com with your order ID.
Memberships are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from your member dashboard to prevent the next charge.
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and are transferable.
Memberships are tied to a single vehicle (license plate) unless you've added additional vehicles to your plan.
Unlimited means as often as you'd like during our operating hours, with one wash per visit.
You may pause your membership for up to 60 days per year, or cancel any time from your dashboard. No phone calls or paperwork required.
Wild Wave uses modern soft-touch foam equipment designed to be safe for all factory-condition vehicles. We back this with our Damage-Free Guarantee.
Damage claims must be reported to an attendant before exiting our property. We are unable to honor claims for pre-existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, antennas not properly retracted, or worn / damaged factory parts.
Please retract antennas, fold mirrors when requested, and remove rooftop cargo or bike racks before entering the tunnel.
Wild Wave is committed to digital accessibility and meets WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines on our website and customer kiosks.
Our facility is fully ADA accessible, including reserved parking, ramped curbs, and accessible payment kiosks.

We collect only the information needed to process your purchase, deliver your wash code, and operate your membership. We never sell your data.
License plate data captured at our entry kiosk is used solely to verify membership status and is retained for no longer than 30 days.
